Why can’t I view my Reports Online?

Possible cause of this can be any pending dues. Please pay your dues at any CLL branch in order to be able to view your results online or get a copy of it from our branch. If that is not the case you can call our helpline.
I am trying to check my reports online but your system is giving me error ‘invalid patient #’ or ‘Invalid case#’, how do I go about it?

Please enter your ‘Case #’ or ‘Patient #’ with dashes (-) to avoid this issue. There can be a possibility that our website is going through technical updates. In either case you can call our helpline (042) 37159920
Why did I not receive a text message regarding my Reports from Medix Lab?
